Returns and exchanges

Want to return an item?

The item for which you are requesting a refund or exchange must not have been used. It must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with its sealed security labels and all the elements that made it up.

For all orders on the Boutique Julien Fournié delivered and initiated in the European Union, you have a period of fourteen days to make a return or request an exchange, according to the terms of our General Sales Conditions. 

For other countries, please contact us and we will specify the terms of return and exchange.

If you wish to return an item, simply contact our customer service by email: serviceclient@julienfournie.com, or fill out the contact form.

You will receive an email that will specify the terms of return that we ask you to follow scrupulously to benefit quickly from your refund or exchange.

Upon receipt of your package by the services of the Boutique Julien Fournié, our services will have a maximum of fourteen days to return the item agreed upon in exchange or to proceed with the reimbursement of the transaction according to the terms of our General Sales Conditions.

Please note that in the case of private sales, special offers or special orders, no refund is possible.
