“I never forget that all women were once little girls who enjoyed being told a fairy tale,” muses Julien Fournié. “My customers and their needs are my main starting point. I wanted to bring them new dreams and add magic to their real daily life.”
Adding film director to his accomplishment of Couture designer, Fournié directed the film that unveiled the collection, titled “First Storm.” Through the various looks in the Haute Couture SS 21 collection Fournié tells a sartorial story of three young women in a contemporary, dreamlike and glamorous surrounding. Exploring five settings, which is like a test for them, just like characters in a fairytale go through. Immersed in the fashion designer’s fetish worlds and under his secret guidance, they will find their own legend and cast a new light on their true personality- notes the House in a statement.
