Song Jia in Julien Fournié Haute Couture at the Weibo TV & Internet Video Summit
On 31 October 2026, in Hengdian, Zhejiang province, actress Song Jia (宋佳) chose Julien Fournié Haute Couture for the Weibo TV & Internet Video Summit (微博视界大会), the evening on which Weibo celebrates the series and shows that defined the year.
For Song Jia, 2026 is already a landmark year. Her portrayal of Zhang Guimei, the head of a girls’ high school in the mountains of Yunnan, in the series 山花烂漫时, earned her the Magnolia Award, the Golden Eagle and the Feitian Award. She is the first actress to win all three of Chinese television’s major honours for a single role.
The look: a dinner-jacket frock coat from the First Circus collection
Song Jia wears a double-breasted dinner-jacket frock coat from the First Circus Haute Couture collection (Spring-Summer 2025). Unstructured, asymmetrical, fluid and slit, it combines midnight-blue powdered wool, midnight-blue silk velvet and double silk georgette crepe in midnight and duck shades. The vintage buttons are solid silver.
A stand collar and a double row of silver buttons on a velvet plastron: the coat borrows from the military uniform and from men’s eveningwear, then breaks free of both. Below the waist it opens on the bias, letting the georgette fall to the floor. The second, deeper blue only reveals itself in movement.
The choice extends the line Song Jia has drawn on the red carpet: sharp tailoring, architectural volumes, a dark palette, hair swept back.
