In January 2017, following the sponsorship of the Chambre Syndicale, the French Ministry of Industry granted Julien Fournié the Haute Couture label.

What is personal data?

What data do we collect?
When creating your user account and for the purposes of executing your order, we collect, process and use your personal data in accordance with your rights and in accordance with the legislation. Who can have access to your information?
These data are collected for Julien Fournié SAS, in his capacity as data controller, and any subcontractor who may intervene in the management of the Site and the execution of the contracts subscribed, to:—ensure the execution of the contract, namely the management of the order, its payment and the delivery of the product (s) purchased (legal basis: contract); —ensure the fulfillment of its legal and regulatory obligations in force (legal basis: law); —ensure the exercise of the right of withdrawal (legal basis: law/contract); —use the customer account (legal basis: contract). Julien Fournié SAS does not intentionally collect or solicit personal data relating to persons under the age of 18.
How are these data stored?
These data are confidential. They are collected by Julien Fournié and stored in France. Customers’ personal data will be kept for a maximum period of four (4) years from the end of the contract, i.e., on the day of delivery of the order (subject to the data necessary to meet a legal or regulatory obligation that could be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the obligation in question). The personal information of prospects (potential customers) will be kept for two (2) years from the last action, then deleted or archived in order to comply with legal retention obligations. Regarding the cookies used, they will be stored for up to one year from the time they were installed.
How are data secured?
Julien Fournié SAS undertakes to take all guarantees to ensure a sufficient level of protection of personal data. As such, it implements all technical and organizational means to ensure a level of data security, depending in particular for the purposes of the processing and the associated risks. Julien Fournié SAS thus limits access to Personal Information to people who really need to access it for professional reasons and under strict confidentiality.
