For all orders placed through the Julien Fournié Boutique and delivered within the European Union, you have fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt to initiate a return, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Upon receipt of your package at the Julien Fournié Boutique, our team will process your request within fourteen (14) days — either dispatching the agreed exchange item or issuing a full refund, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
